yepp after i get off my half an hour run (daily) my chest looks a lot better. But then in 10 minutes its back.

u can achieve some effect by using some ispoyerl alcohol and mixing it with caffiene and applying on ur chest.

this is also a GREAT way to tell just how much gland u have.  if you are relatively low bodyfat a good way to assess the gland mass is to do ketosis for 3 days.  glycogen carries 3x it's weight in water...

do a day of taking a couple of doses of a diaretic.. adn then apply the alcohol/caffiene solution on your chest to completely dry it out.
