So, I have developed Gynecomastia since i was 13. and now i'm 25 years old. A week ago i have decided to remove it thus i have been googling around and i have chosen a clinic. So, i sent them a mail attached with my pictures from few angles. They requested me to drop by of the clinic, so i went. And i did a very fast consultation with one of the doctors. The conversations are pretty simple;

Doctor: yes, i heard you have a gynecomastia to be removed.
Me: (embarassed) Yes.
Doctor: take off your shirt and let me have a look
Me: (took of my shirt without saying a word)
Doctor: Let's see, (putting fingers and start pinching around my nipple), ok very easy, i can just remove this by liposuction.
Me: i see, but do i need any incision?
Doctor: nah.. its okay, liposuction will do the job
Me: but i can feel there's a gland on my left and right chest, and i know liposucton itself cant remove glands.
Doctor: (press again), well, we are using bodyjet liposuction, new technology, water-assisted and it will crush your gland.
Me: I see. alright just do it.

- So the surgery was wee bit painful only when the cannula poked at the side around my chest.
- total fat taken out from my chest right(250) and left(150)
- The chests looked pretty much flatter but nipple was pointy and puffy. Doctor said it takes time to heal because i have loose skin now. So i must wear vest garment.
- I have to take medication too for swelling, pain, fluid removal and antibiotic. I still can drive home after the surgery. I have to go back to the clinic the next day for cleaning.
- First Day post op, they took off my garment, yes, flat, puffy nipple still, bruise and pain all around my chest especially the nipple area. I took my shower after they squeezed the remaining fluid in my chest area(trust me, it was painful). And i drove home and spent whole day lying on bed.
- Second day post op, After took a light breakfast and shower at home, again, i spent all my day lying on bed and sleeping/napping like a corpse. Not because i was tired. It was just i did not want to do anything to disturb the healing. It is only painful when i raised my hand or the region being pressed.
- Third day i was still at home, since i work at home and what i did was just doing normal house chores. Lesser pain and i can feel my skin already.
- Today is the 4th day, bruises have turned green, some have gone. Lesser pain than yesterday. Feeling good when i did slow massages on my chest. Nipples are still puffy. Guess I will keep massaging them?

I have paid 1500k USD for this and Im given 5 free post-care(they said it is a massage service by a machine and i can try it on next Monday)

Sorry for the bad English

And attached files are pictures before surgery:

Sorry -- water-assisted lipo will not remove gland -- and the remaining puffiness of your nipples will most likely remain because it would have required excision.

Bottom line:  if your nipples are not flat and flush with the surrounding skin immediately after surgery, then your surgery was incomplete -- period.
