Bulgaria/Spain HELP!

Hi all,
     I posted here a little while ago about having surgery in Bulgaria, unfortunately it seemed at the time few had any experience as I didn't get any replies. Has ANYONE here had surgery in Bulgaria? I'm VERY keen to find a reputable surgeon in the country as my parents live there and the prices I see quoted on the websites seem reasonable......I just want/need to hear of genuine patients experiences! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Post if you've had the surgery done in Bulgaria.....OR Spain! If anyone knows of a good reasonably priced surgeon in either, PLEASE get in touch as I'm starting to get desperate to resolve my issue!
