Scar tissue caused by abrasion

Good day folks and Happy Easter to all.

I have a question... I encountered scar tissue and mixed results after my male mastectomy; inner nipples with no sensation and outer fat. This was in 2005.

The doctors took too much fat from my left side.

I encountered an accident in 2010 where something round jabbed in my left nipple (same area with no fat between nipple and chest muscle). I felt immediate pain and swallowing issues as well.

Weird huh?

I am still dealing with the symptoms of inner abrasion / scar tissue.

I read online that abrasions restrict movements and affect muscles which need movement.

I started a new job and will wait for health insurance.
I don't know if surgery to correct scar tissue will be covered but, is there anything I can do now that will be cost effective to correct this matter?

I have taken Cymbalta for pain management and received a nerve ending shot. Cymbalta makes me very weak and the nerve ending shot was ineffective.
