I've been really self conscious about my chest for a long time now. Just wondering if I could lose my man boobs without resorting to surgery (I can afford it but not easily).

You can increasing your exercise and dieting as well -- there might be some improvement which you might be able to live with.

Most guys find that their gyne does improve a bit (it is the fat component that diminishes) but the gland component doesn't change and would require surgery to be totally eliminated.

Don't rush into surgery -- try the diet/exercise route and only then, if you seek better definition, should you consider surgery.

Good luck!

Thank you for your feedback. Would you say that I have gynecomastia, or is it mostly just regular fat?

That was a really insightful read. I think I'm going to try p90x and see how I feel about it afterwards. Thank you for the help.
