I'm 28 yr male that has lumps under both nipples since I was a teen. Seems like now j only have it on my left breast and it's the size of a quarter painless and slippery and firm. I have had it there ever since I can remember at least since I noticed it in my teens years when I was overweight for my age.( yes I had some chubby man boobs). Now at 28 no longer and I a chubs but still notice he lump to the touch you can't see it from exterior though. Being a male never did I ever think of getting it checked out shame on me. I have no real signs or symptoms of Breast cancer, I tried the self assessment.. Anyone know what it may be . I know I should probably get it checked out but it hasn't ever caused any issues , only reason I am on this website it because I get paranoid when thinking about it .. I would appreciate any insight on this topic.
