Hi all. Is this gyno, or just body fat? all feedback appreciated.

it looks mild. With body fat levels above 20% its kind of hard to tell with such mildness.

Any excess tissue on the chest can be considered gynecomastia.  However, in looking at your chest, there is only a mild amount of excess tissue (if at all) and your trunk shows that you are a few pounds overweight.

Why not try to exercise and drop ten-fifteen pounds -- and then re-evaluate?  I will bet you will be satisfied with your chest.

Thanks both for your reply. Dr Jacobs - yes I'll follow that advice. I just wondered because I'm 10 stone 10 which apparently put me in the ideal range - but I guess everyone is different and I'd be better suited at a lower weight. Cheers!
