i am 18 years old and my hole life i wanted to get rid of my nips the thing is i don't know if there is a good doctor from Israel, also i don't know what kind of doctor i need (skin doc, reflex, nose ears end neck...) so if you can help me with that i will be grateful! thank you all

There are many docs who call themselves cosmetic surgeons but who do not have the requisite training.  Look only for a plastic surgeon -- and preferably one who can demonstrate considerable interest and expertise in gyne surgery.  You may be able to find some recommendations in the Local Forums section of this website.
