Top of the areola still puffy

Hi, i had my surgery 2 weeks ago. ONLY INCISION-NO LIPOSUCTION. I am 20 years old.
Today when I took off my compression vest to take a shower I see the top of my areola puffy, mostly on the right nipple and I touched and I feel like it was before the surgery (I used to touch my gyno all the time) I feel this fu..ing tissue, or in my mind.
By the way, in the after photos you can see that I have my nipple erect on both sides, and before the surgery I never was able to see my nipples erect. This is something positive, don't you think?

You likely have post surgical swelling and possibly even some scarring at this point.
