LIPODERM-topical alternative?wot of the fat cells?

Anyone know anything of this Lipoderm?  My gyno is most likely psdeo.  When cold my nipples firm up. looks great, else they are puffy like there is water in them or something.  

Is it just fat?  If so, then what of lipoderm?  Will that get rid of it?  How's it work?  do the fat cells remain unlike liposuction, where they are removed?

I bought a couple bottles.  after determining by gyne is mostly gland I never tried it.  I here you have to excercise for it to work very well.

I have heard and seen great things from lipoderm. There is also anyone one made by a different brand thats suppost to be much better. You got to make sure you do cardio and diet right.
