Hello there! I'm 15 years old and suffering from Gyno. It's had a big impact on my life, there's a ton of **** that i can't do right now because of Gyno.
We all know Gyno builds up because of hormone imbalances. Gyno = Low Testosterone levels. Testosterone is the dominating hormone in the male body, and for females it's estrogen.
So i have a theory and i need people to tell me their opinion about it, does it sound logical?
So what i've been doing lately is eating alot of veggies that boosts testosterone,
veggies such as broccoli and cabbage.
These veggies work to lower the levels of estrogen (a female hormone as i mentioned before) in your body, thus boosting testosterone levels.
Gyno usually goes away at the age of 18 but sometimes it dosen't go away and the only solution is a risky and an expensive surgery.

I also started going to the gym a month ago, i'm seeing great results.
I used to sit at home and go outside once a week, but now i'm outside everyday.
I'm trying to do some changes in my life and it's going good so far.
I'm a little fat but i'm working on it :)

Will boosting my testosterone levels now increase the chance of my gyno going away when i grow older? Does this sound logical? Is it bad if i have "too much" testosterone in my body?

All help is appreciated and please excuse me for my bad grammar/punctation etc.

Thank you!

P.S I know that Gyno usually goes away when your hormones are balanced and when you're entering your adulthood. But sometimes i't dosen't go away, and my question is: Will doing the above help me/increase my chance of getting rid of it when i grow older?

Posted this in " Gynecomastia Talk" Didn't know there was this "Ask a doctor" thing until someone suggested it for me.
Sorry, should've looked through first.
Doctors please tell me, does this sound logical? Will it help me?

It is great that you are getting out the house and becoming more active and exercising.  You also state that it is working and that is fantastic. I would continue on with your plan and loose the weight and see how things look.  I don't know of any legitimate information that has shown vegetables to help with this condition, but certainly good for weight reduction and health.  Boosting your testosterone will not necessarily help because  to much converts to estrogen and will cause male breast development so, i would not suggest testosterone boosters ect, unless closely monitor by a doctor.  I hope this helps
