so ya i had the surgery about 4 weeks ago how do i prevent it from ever coming back?

First ,Great good for you !
Recurrence should not be a problem, the cases of recurrence I have seen are due to steroid use , extreme weight gain or under resection by the original surgeon which maybe masked by postoperative swelling.

True recurrence should be exceedingly rare if the surgery was done well in the first place. However, there certainly can be some build up of scar tissue which generally responds well to Kenalog injections. Keep your post op appointments with your surgeon. i like to see my patients back for at least three months.
