Raloxifene?

HI! 
I've had gyno since my late teens, in my mid twentys now.
I was prescribed Tamoxifen, whilst it brought the puffiness down it didn't touch the lump and since I stopped taking it the puffiness has come back.
I've read a few positive accounts of people using raloxefine, is this recommended and worth me giving it a go?
