Dear Gynecomastia.org community,
 We have just completed a major upgrade of our site and forums to try to provide you with the best experience possible.  Over the next few weeks and months we will be rolling out additional upgrades and improvements to further enhance your experience.

We do encourage our guest and members to utilize links.  We believe that this is important for our forum but not self-promotion or advertising.
 
 We have a community of board certified plastic surgeons that make up our "Find A Surgeon" listings. These physicians have been screened and are highly qualified surgeons with experience performing gynecomastia surgery. These surgeons play an important role on gynecomastia.org.
 
Photos included in posts are strongly encouraged. We believe that sharing photos can be educational and helpful to our gynecomastia.org community.
 
 The addition option tab below will allow photo down loads from your computer.
