Revision puffy nipples done by Dr Jacobs

Hi, I had revision surgery done by Dr Jacobs in July 2015, after an insufficient surgery done by another PS in Sweden done 2013.

Short info:
Age 24, slender build, height 184cm, weight 73kg, got puffy nipples around age 15.

Info about Dr Jacobs and staff: They are great, and Dr Jacobs is extremely good at gynecomastia surgery. The operation went fine, I had no problems afterwards except for the minor pain and being slight uncomfortable in the binder.

Dr Jacobs told me back in 2012 to find a specialist in these types of surgery, I thought I found one in Sweden but unfortunately not, they are hard to find.

I urge you all to go to a specialist in gynecomastia surgery, you don't want to have to go through this 2 times, also doing a revision surgery is more "risky" and less predictable.

I want to keep this short, right now, almost 2 months after surgery the results are great, however I have started to develop scar tissue which causes the nipples to puff out some again. Doing research how to handle that now.

A little bit of scar tissue problems, overall improvement from my first surgery with another doctor in Sweden is very good. If the scar tissue softens up over time I think my results will be excellent!

Agreed! Find yourself an expert in this topic and you can have great results, the cost is all worth it, especially if you only do the surgery one time (with Dr Jacobs) or another expert like him.

Great results man!
I also went abroad to get my surgery (from sweden) cause I couldn't find any clinic that specialized in gyno surgery.
I still have some scar tissue left 6 months after surgery but I think it will be gone in time.

I just hope that in the pictures you weren't having goosebumps that made your nipples erect, I've had that happen in pictures and it distorts the surgery results.

My nipples were normal (not erect) when I took the photos.
It's been 6 months since my surgery, and I still have minor problems with scar tissue, I really hope it will settle down with time, otherwise I probably need kenalog injections, same as you lallo.
