My weight is around 200 lbs and my height is 5'11.. I started working out since August.
I noticed difference in my body but still the breast didn't change.

OP, if you have to ask people whether you have gyno or not, than having gyno should be the least of your worries.

The condition of Gynecomastia is usually self diagnosed. I think what was mean was that if you have a question about it, then it is not bad enough to be of concern.
Yes, you do have it but many men have it worse and simply ignore it. Some have it to a lesser degree and they become obsessed by it.  The only real way to describe how bad Gynecomastia is, is to think about the way it might be impacting your life.  
For what it is worth, weight loss and exercise are probably beneficial in many ways but they seldom have much impact on Gynecomastia.  The many potions and "Cures" are a crude joke and while ineffective, they can be costly. If the condition troubles you, the only effective way of reducing the size of the breasts is surgery and this requires the skill of a good cosmetic surgeon.  It is actually a highly specialized surgery.
