We to tell you the truth you still have a mild case of gyne. Good job on the weight loss and you built up a good amount of muscle. Anyways I can tell you that the mild case of gyne most likely won't go away. But, you are already one step ahead you lost a lot of weight. So now the best thing to do if you are still concerned about it is set up an appointment with a doctor. Or better yet set up a consultation with a PS or Plastic Surgeon. This is if it still bothers you. That would be the best thing right now to get an opinion from a Plastic Surgeon. Good luck and hope I have helped
