I had surgery almost 2 months ago and while I am so far very happy with the results I can see that my right nipple is bigger than the left mainly for the reason that the pigment around the left nipple hang returned. Is there anything I can do to try to get pigment back I.e creams etc, I know that more was taken out the left side and that overall it has taken longer to heal than the right how long should I expect to wait until the pigment comes back and if there is any creams that I can use to encourage the pigmentation to come back ?

Thanks

Scott

You can try applying cocoa butter (available OTC) twice daily -- it may help, but it will take many months, so be patient.

If I understand your question it has to do with nipple /areolar pigmentation. There are two things I have found useful at this point in time 1) sun exposure which tends to hyperpigment the areola and remains permanently  and  2) time.
