Cost of gynecomastia surgery in New Zealand

Hey fellas.
It's been extremely hard to find information on the gynecomastia procedure cost in NZ. 
I had horrible acid reflux and was prescribed Omeprezole by my GP.  Around the same time I noticed my nips started to look puffy, and then the following weeks they became more proliferated.  Unfortunately, it stayed after i stopped using the meds.  Now it seems that they've become a lot more fibrous and that surgery is the only option.   They started developing at 18 and I'm now 20.
To any NZ guys who've had the surgery, how much did it cost? 
Which surgeon did you use?
Anything will be greatly appreciated
