With growth of Brest, gland or fat, can this contribute to numbness or loss of feeling in hands during some activity. Driving, operation of lawn mower, riding motorcycle.

No, what you are describing is unrelated to any possible breast tissue.  Recommend you consult with a physician, preferably a neurologist.

As was said the answer is no. What may be causing  you confusion in females with very large breasts the bra straps can pull into the top of the shoulders occasionally resulting nerve compression and  numbness in the hands. So for a female to qualify for insurance reimbursement for breast reduction one of the questions  some insurance companies ask  is if there are neurologic symptoms ,ie numbness in the hands.
