*Is the Result Acceptable?*

Hello there,

I had my second surgery done 4 weeks ago and photos are attached ( Bilateral Peri-areolar Mastopecxy). First surgery was a while ago w/ gland reduction and lipo.
 What's your insight about overall result of my surgery as to aesthetic and symmetry, also the location, and size of the areolas?
