Dude, let me help you. You do have gyne. But, it is more of a minor case and pictures were hard to tell. But, anyways you said you have been to the gym and have worked out a bit. You definetely don't need to lose any weight. But, my suggestion is if it truly bothers you go get an opinion from a PS. I unfortunately don't know of any PS's out there because I am not from there. Possibly post in the find a surgeon section. Also, If you already haven't get you hormones/blood levels/estridaol levels checked to make sure everything is functioning normally. If everything is normal then you are ready to go for surgery. This check is to make sure that if you got surgery the gyne wouldn't come back. It is just basically an extra precuation and an added security. But, do what you feel needs to be done. Remember you are doing this for yourself so you need to consider your options and figure out what is best for you. Sure, many people on this board would love to have what you have after surgery but, that doesn't mean you enjoy what you have. Surgery would be probably the only remaining cure option in your case but, to be sure get your hormones etc. checked by an endo. But, in your first post it stated this bothers you. I don't blame you it is very bothersome and uncomftorable a lot of times. So my advice is to do something to cure it since it does bother you. Good luck and hope I have helped.
