It looks like you have gyne.  Make sure you find a surgeon who will remove the gland.

Would you tell Michaelangelo how to carve marble?  Or would you set limits or conditions on how he does his work?    The cosmetic surgeon is a sculptor working in human flesh. Your first job is to do some research and find a surgeon whoo is capable and who has the experience and training.   Next your job is to let him do his job without interference.
