It has anti-androgen effects as well as diuretic ones- Depends on what it is used for. In some cases there are alternative like eplerenone, but not always. Depends on the indication for the drug. Yes, a side-effect of spiro is gynecomastia.

Yes, it will contribute to breast growth. Since I have just moved up to a 44D, I dont think it will matter much.
