looking for a specific compression top

hey there, i'm having trouble finding (if there are any like this) any compression tops that will work for men that have the compression only on top for the gyno, and relaxed on the bottom so you don't get that sick feeling from having your belly compressed (I get that sick feeling from them over the belly). 
I've seen advertised tank tops just like i'm looking for, but they're way too small/slender and are advertised for lesbian tank top binders (I think from korea).  my kid is way thinner and of course younger and has tried one, they look great and fit great too. 
i'm just trying to find one large enough for me at 6' tall and about a 42inch chest. 
I did find one like this at underworks - but the compression up top was more than I wanted for an extended period and the bottom part was way too short (i'm long waisted and fidget constantly).  otherwise, I highly recommend the top, it's a great garment, just not the right fit for me .

I had no problem with feeling nauseous from them, but what you can do is ask for a custom top with a wider bottom (you pay a one-time fee for customization, after that you can order the same one at the normal rate). Though I'm a bit unsure if the compression will still be as effective.
