I have had a lump underneath both nipples for two years. They haven't gotten bigger and they feel rubbery. My nipples are puffy. The lymph nodes in my armpits aren't swollen and my nipples have never discharged and aren't scaly or inverted. I also noticed a few days ago a lump in my right abdomen. It doesn't hurt but it used to hurt. Its firm and if I press on it it goes in and up. Can someone help me please

You might have localized gynecomastia but you need a good exam. Good luck.
