I originally had gynecomastia surgery in 04/2016. The doctor too much tissue out of my left pec and I developed a crater like appearance. I went in again for fat transfer a little over 2 months ago 09/17 to correct the issue.

I've developed a huge lump of firmness where the fat was transferred and it feels like hard scar tissue. The fat was transferred a little south of my nipple, and it seems like the doctor overfilled with the thought that some would re-absorb. The lump of fat has dropped a bit and is further south than I'd like, and it now is a big lump of hard tissue.

Will this go down over time or should I get kenalog shots to help dissolve the tissue?
