I'm 17 and I have big nipples since I was 12 or 13. Last year I lost a lot of weight, but I still have some fat in my chest. I don't feel anything when I touch my nipples and they are soft, can it be gynecomastia?

Yes, you do have mild to moderate gynecomastia.  And, if it has been present for 2-3 years or more, it will not usually diminish spontaneously -- you would require surgery.

Best to speak candidly to your parents about the situation -- hopefully they will be sympathetic.  You should try to get into your best shape through diet and exercise -- but don't expect too much change in your gyne.  Then seek the opinion of a gyne expert in your area or consider traveling for such expertise

You certainly have gynecomastia. The exact amount of fat vs gland is difficult for a layperson to assess. At this point, as was said, I would not expect a significant change for you without surgical intervention.

Yes it appears that you have mild to moderte gynecomastia. I would treat this the Lateral Pull Through technique. This includes liposuction, ultraonic liposuction and direct excision all through a small incision on the side of the chest. Speak to your parents if you are unhappy with the condition. Ask them to help you locate a surgeon who can help. Good luck.

I agree with the others, and would echo their recommendation regarding a gynecomastia surgeon.  The challenge is often getting parents to understand what you're experiencing due to the condition if it bothers you, so good luck with that, and consider referring them to this website so that they can better understand the impact of your condition.
