My before and after, opinions appreciated

Hello guys, my before and after photos. 

2 weeks have passed since the surgery, I have hard lumps below the nipples, so I'm assuming that's where the uneven/slighty puffy nips are coming from.

Also, there is a top light, so it enhances the even surface a little
