Anyone got recommendations for Melbourne Gyno surgeons? Cosmetic Avenue reviews?

I'm 19 and have had gyno since I was about 15 years old, its been affecting my self-image and confidence and I am adamant on getting them removed over the summer break. Does anyone have any recommendations for any surgeons? I was originally set on going to Dr Lanzer but I've seen many mixed reviews which has left me skeptical. I wouldn't want to spend over $8000 all up for the surgery. Also, has anyone had any procedures done at the Cosmetic Avenue? Their prices seem reasonable but can't seem to find any reviews outside of their Google Reviews.
