i live in los angeles and have a mild case of unilateral gyne.  It is hard glandular tissue can anyone tell me what they paid in and around los angeles and about any good docs in the area.  does it cost less if it is only one side? thanks all.

maybe but not much less.  you're still paying for the anesthesia and facility fee. my understanding is the surgery is kind of a "package deal"  Probably cost less if only one but check it out.

Best thing to do is to look in the phone book. Find a few local plastic surgeons. Than look them up on the internet. Most PS will list what procedures they proform. Make a consultation with the one you feel most comfortable with. Make sure you see before and after photos.
