Anyone ever opt to just having a nipple reduction instead of full-blown surgery?

Hey all, was curious if anyone has any experience with my question? (in subject line)

I have a very mild case of gyno, and it has been a long battle for me. That said, I've recently been more and more interested in getting just a nipple reduction done because I've realized I'm only insecure about it when my nips are sort of pointing through the shirt. 

Any experience with this? How did it turn out?

Never had thought of it.  To me, nipples are just a part of every one
