I didn’t realize vaser is that important, is it imperative to find a doc that uses vaser? The doc I considered doesnt use this and only uses traditional lipo

Vaser is a type of liposuction -- one of many possible ways in which liposuction is performed.  It is not the end all and be all!

I have performed thousands of procedures using traditional liposuction -- and my results speak for themselves.  

BTW, Vaser utilizes ultrasonic lipo, which, on occasion and unfortunately, can result in a burn from the undersurface of the skin to the surface.  Most folks are unaware of this possible complication.  I have seen a few of these burns from other surgeons and unfortunately these burns heal with terrible scars.  On the other hand, in the hands of an experienced surgeon, Vaser does produce good results but not anything better than traditional lipo.  Just my opinion.
