Nipples getting larger?

It seems as though my nipples have been getting larger the last few months. 

Does this mean my breasts are growing?   They feel more sensitive too.

I used to loosely fill a 40B or 40C bra depending on the bra.  Now they seem to fit more fully. 

Any thoughts?

As your breasts grow, your nipples usually expand, so that’s what’s happening most likely.

Can you feel glandular tissue behind those nips?  Sure looks like it.

Yes, I definitely feel the gland behind the nipples.

Then you have, or at least are developing, mammary glands like a woman, and all that entails.
