Gynecomastia revision

Good evening all.
I am 33 years old from the uk. I had gyno surgey here in 2006 by a 'surgeon' who said he could help me. What a mistake that was. I have been left with a chest that was worse than before. I have finally decided to try and get it sorted. I have decided that I will have to travel away from the uk for exert help. This will be a big deal mentally and financially but I believe it will be worth it. I am already in discussion with dr elliot jacobs in New york and have arranged for an online consultation with him later this month. He believe that I have enough tissue remaining that something can be done and that lots of my issue are fixable. Dr Jacobs comes over as a very talented and humble individual who has his patients best interest at heart. I have been advised to come down from my current weight of 89.5 kg to 80 kg. Loosing the weight will make any surgery much easier. I am looking for opinions of all doctors here and would be ever so grateful of any relplies. I want to get this sorted once and for all and to be confident in taking my to off on the beach and in the swimming pool. I am ever so graetful of your reply great Dr. I am just so angry with myself for not going with someone like you or Dr Jacobs to begin with. Oh well thats life we can't turn back the clock.
