Need Help getting Started

I was wondering if anyone on this board had had their surgeys in Mississippi? I am seriously concedering sugery but i want to know if there is a good PS here in MS or will i have to travell outa state?

I am in alabama and getting started at the university of alabama in birmingham(UAB). They one of the best medical centers in the south east. I will let you know what endocrinologist I will be seeing(making the appointment this week)
