my gynecomastia isnt that bad and is only on one side and pretty much looks like muscle ecxept for my nipples...ive seen other posts about ppl having this problem..is there anything i can do 2 just get ride of that?

Significant disparity of size is common.

Cosmestic surgery is likely the only way to change it, But I'd think and Endocrinologist is a wiser first step.

Is it your areola ("puffy nipple" as some call it) or the actual nipples themselves?

The reason I ask is that in my case, it's the actual nipples protruding too far out from the areola.

I also have it only on one side.  My suggestion is to go to a general medical doctor first.  The depending on what he sees, he will advise next steps.   If this happened later in life (at 50) and beyond puperty then he should first rule out breast problems such as infection or even breast cancer.   The edno might be next followed by a surgeon.  I went to a surgeon as a second step and he just wanted to cut (if it bothered me).  When I asked would it come back given we do not know the underlining cause the answer was "it could".
