 I am new to this site and realize that i am exactly like alot of you.  i am in excellent shape but still have the gland under my nipple causing it to be "puffy".  I have suffered in the exact same ways you all have and was thinking of a way that some of us could have a somewhat normal summer.  Like many of you, when your nipple is stimulated or when its cold it looks less noticable.  I was wondering if there was anything out there that could keep them like this for a period of time.    You know just so you could go swimming etc...

If anybody knows of ANYTHING that can do this please post it.  This could help many of us for this upcoming summer.

To answer intelligently, It would help to know your age and height/weight.

Also helpful if you could be as objective as possible in describing whether you have only puffy or prominent nipples, or actually have rounded and contoured breasts.

Pictures can sometimes be very helpful as well.
