Just Lipo?

Hey, i just had my consultation with a PS.  He looked at my chest for a bit, and then said lipo is all that i would need, and said that if i had any gland it would be small enough that he could get it wiht the liposuction.  He said he has rarely needed to perform excision, and mine was so mild that i surely wouldnt need it.  I do have a mild case for sure, but i was wondering if this is common?  Ive heard alot of people say lipo never works on its own etc.  He said hes never had a complaint from anyone he has worked on, and said if i would like, i could talk to people he has previously performed this sugery on.  

Any thoughts?

You might think about getting a second opinion.

He could be right, but I think it best to keep his options open if excision should be needed.

Get at least one other opinion from another reputable surgeon and ask this first surgeon is he will provide a completely free revision if the first resulte does not meet expectations.
