Was wondering what sort of exercises i could start with 2 weeks post op??  Would this be too early to start with isolated light workouts on abs, arms, shoulders, back with dumbells...nothing hardcore.  

Will cardio or free weight exercise cause more problems as far as swelling and increased healing?

I would like to start slowly and increase my flexibility and strength while recovery is taking place??

Dr's advice and member advice appreciated!

Hey guys,

I know everyone is different, but here was my case.  At about 2 weeks in I was doing abs.   3 weeks in low impact cardio, light legs, light biceps, light triceps.  Week four increased everything a bit.  I didn't do any exercises that I had to lift my hands above my head.
