I just wanted to say something to everyone who is in any way suffering from issues relating to gynecomastia and/or BDD in this instant/today;

This is psychologicaly tough...

Take care and go easy on yourself, the latter is particularly important.

I know this is a thread lacking substance...and a bit daft/ponitless, but I just wanted to say...

To one and all take care.

  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
I had to look at thesaurus.com to figure out what daft meant  ???.   We don't use that word in the US.

Good advice guys, don't be to hard on yourselves.

I'm a Californian, but old enough to know what daft means even though it is not a term in common usage here and now.

I am sometimes guilty of a few harsh words. But trust me, They are used only out of the frustration that comes froms repeating the same words over and over without apparently being understood.

At my age, (I was born in 1937) being a bit daft comes quite naturally. Hopefully when it surfaces, it will be forgiven.

Hypo's comment is simple and direct. jc71 is likewise.

We get more than sufficient teasing from others, There is no need or justification for us beating up ourselves or each other.

Remember always that what goes on between a man's ears is of much greater importance than a bit of surplus tissue on his chest.
