I don't have any pics here, but I 'd just like to say that I've had this condition for nearly 4 years and it looks like I'll have surgery within the next 2 weeks. I talked to my doctor and he said it's the right call to go ahead and have surgery since I have really low body fat and a muscular build, but these puffy nipples sticking out about a centimeter. It's really annoying! I really want to go swimming in a few weeks since I have been pretty much been banished from swimming due to this condition and surgery is my only hope. I hope all goes well
