My Info may not be totally up to date, but I think it is only common in Italy at this time.

Liposuction originated in Italy in the 1970's and took about 10 years to gain acceptance in the US. Improvements in the technique should move more quickly.

This means that the current surgical methods for male breast reduction have been around for barely over 20 years.

I'm now 69 years old, and was over 50 before the surgery was even available.  If the surgery had been available when I was much younger, I may have had it done. But, by the time it became available, I had different priorities.

its getting tested in usa right now and should have FDA approval by the end of summer...

the laser is said to tighten loose skin....
