What to expect?

Now that a lot of you have had a chance to see the picture I posted in the photos section, I'm hoping that some of you who have had surgery will tell me what I'm likely to hear at my consultation.  I'm particularly wondering what they are likely to do to reduce the size of my huge, puffy nips.  What about the extra skin after liposuction?  Do mine look big enough to have to worry about that?  

Everybody else -  Are there any of you who have (or had)  bigger nips than mine?  I haven't seen any in the posted pics, so I was just wondering.  For reference, mine are almost exactly the size of a silver dollar.
