Has anyone tried other treatments besides surgery?

I've heard about other treatments such as taximofen and 'diet aid of questionable value'. Im just wodnering if anyone here as tried these and if they had any effect what so ever. Surgery Is quite expensive, and I doubt my parents understand the impact gyne has on someone. I doubt they'll help me pay for a procedure that they dont even understand

They DEFINITELY won't help you if you don't ask.  The chances are a little better if you lay it out there on the table with them.   Tell them how you feel.  Take the risk and be patient with them.
