Thank you. I had it done with a local, young plastic surgeon. He assured me he has "done his homework" on gynecomasttia. I trusted him and results exceeded my expectations.

both fat & gland? he did a great job sculpting the remaining tissue.

 He removed both glands and 200 cc's of fat. Nipples are flat. Before, if I looked down I could see my nips. Now I have to look in a mirror in order to see them.

Who did you go to and where do they practice?  We have similar before contours, and that is definately a result I would like to have.  Looking good!

200 cc's? my doc said 500 cc's for me, but don't remember if he said total or each breast.  Again, looks great.

Thank you for the comments. Im 1 week post op now and I feel perfectly normal. I finally finished the antibiotics. I only used the pain medicine for the first 3 days. After that, I quit using it. The soreness became bearable around that time.

I noticed that my chest swells with just the compression vest on. I have been wearing both the compression vest and wrapping an ACE bandage on very tightly. After afew hours, I take the ace bandage off and my chest is very flat. But than after an hour or so, it swells back up. Hopefully it will stop soon.

The compression vest is very tight, but it doesnt work as good as the ACE bandage wrap does.
