have puffy nips.. usually its just skin puffing out.. now there is a tiny tiny dot thingy - its hard

how old are you and how long have you had it?  many guys get it in some form, but in most cases it's barely noticeable and goes away after a while.  it's an effect of hormones.  if it doesn't go away after a while, that's what to get checked out.

probably early gland tissue.  if you talk to an endocrinologist you might still have a chance at getting it to go away.

have puffy nips

I think puffy nips are worse than my full/fat breasts.

They both suck, but puffy nips would be worse, for me anyway.
