17 yo - From Brazil - My Case - Pre & Post PIC

Hi Guys... I'm from Brazil, and my english isn't so good... Then sorry if I don't write very well...

Until I have 11 years old I was very thin, then I started getting fat. When I was 12 y old I was above of the weight for my age. Then at 14 y I had grown very fast and I became very thin again, but this time with puffy nipples.

I didn't know what was that, and since 15 years old I started at the gym, but only thinking about build muscles, and never more I put my shirts off. I didn't go to the beach, swimming pool.

Since the start of this year I knew this site, and I started to understand what was my problem. I'm at 165lbs, at 1,78m ( I don't know how to convert to yours system ).

I went to a plastic surgeon last week, and yesterday I made this surgery. My health plan is very good and I did'n pay anything $ for this surgery. My surgeon did excision of gland, and lipo ( 0,5 liters of fat ).

I'll start posting the Pre Surgery pics, I still didn't see the results. I will take a shower in 2-3 hours I will take new photos.

They have exactely 36 hours after the surgery... I am very happy with the results...

As tuas fotos tao mto boas.. e a recuperaçao parece-me estar a correr mto bem!
Eu fiz a minha cirurgia fez ontem, dia 10 outubro, 6 semanas.. e ainda tenho um ligeiro edema (inchaço) e noto, à palpaçao, algum tecido fibroso debaixo da aréola mamaria que so desaparecerá com a massagem...
Só resta esperar e tudo isto vai ao sitio!

When the nipples were stimulated that problem was a little hidden, but was still there...

Unhappyly I forgot to take pictures of the glands, but I can say that was present in my chest.

Cara realmente já estou me sentindo bem melhor, hoje faz 8 dias, e daqui a pouco vou tirar mais fotos e postar aqui...

O cirurgião falou pra eu usar durante 1 mês um tipo de colete ( compression vest ), mas não me falou nada de massagem...

Que tipo de massagem é essa?

O cirurgião que me acompanhou recomendou que quando eu tirasse aquele penso grande (gaze) que cobria quase o peito todo, pra usar durante 6 a 8 semanas (portanto ainda estou a usar lol) esse tal colete que comprime o tórax. O objectivo é fazer com que haja retracçao da pele e evitar o aparecimento de edemas (inchaço) maiores (ou seja, minimiza-te o edema).
Quanto à massagem, recomendou que quando eu tirasse os pontos onde foi feita a incisao cirurgica, eu fosse massajando de manhã e à noite, pra fazer com que o tecido fibroso  (uma espécie de cicatriz interna que se vai formando) que se forma passado umas semanas de pós-operatorio, vá desaparecendo com o tempo (caso contrario, essa cicatriz pode lá ficar e forma um nódulo pequeno na mama, relativamente duro e que incomoda um bocado  :-/). Fala com o teu cirurgiao acerca disso.. se ele nao te recomendar a massagem eu mesmo assim faria por precauçao (podes comprar um creme à base de vitaminas, tipo vitamina A ou vitamina E).
Espero ter sido claro naquilo que expliquei, porque apesar da nossa lingua ser a mesma, há algumas diferenças em certas coisas do meu português para o teu lol..

ignore this guy, he's a fetishist who keeps telling people how beautiful their gyne and should be sculpted or painted  i wonder if he's the gyne-obsessive troll who used to ask people here to send him pictures a few years ago.  yours was not a severe case viper but i can see it without any problem and i don't think your surgery removed anything imaginary  congrats on getting it fixed.
