I  think i have gyne, i have lost 2 stone over the past 1 & half years 14 to 12 stone.  
 
Iam not sure whether i have gyne or just some fat, It looks like i have gyne when my nipples turn soft but when there hard it looks ok.  
 
Anyway i have posted my picture take a look and tell me what you think please!.

Very hard to tell from just a frontal picture. You need to post side pictures and angled ones to really see.

Also, there is a 'user photos' section where you might want to ask this.

Honestly, with that straight-on front view I can't tell.  Maybe someone else can see it better.  It would help if you could post more pictures from the side and angled toward the front.

sides would be better and it belongs in the photos section, but i think there's enough conical definition in the reflection to say yes, lower-end case.
