hey i was wondering if anyone knows exactly how much the bar to a bench press weighs. i want to know exactly what iam lifting, thanks.

It depends on the bar, but usually if it is the professional grade that you would see in a gym, it is 45 lbs.
I will never forget this place when I become a rich and famous underwear model!

Ask an attendent at the gym.... but 45 lbs is the norm for an olympic bar

No it is very rarely 25kg, the standard is 20kg.
